Before you begin
Workshop hosts and small community event teams
- Fixed costs, per-person costs and confirmed sponsorship
- Bookings in arrival order
- Per-person usage and supplier pack sizes
Check the event contribution
Tickets contribute 20 each. Sponsorship leaves 800 fixed cost to cover, so 40 attendees break even. At 80 attendees the simplified surplus is 800, before unentered costs.
Try the example in Event budget & ticket target ↗Allocate places in order
The first four groups use 78 seats. Group E cannot fit intact and waits for five places, even though two seats are free. The list does not collect registrations or payments.
Try the example in Registration & waitlist ↗Order rounded packs
Plan supplies for the capacity scenario, not only the current confirmed list. A 10% buffer gives 88 badges and 176 cups; each needs two purchase packs.
