Your tool calculations run locally. Website requests and messages are separate data flows.

Scope and contact
This notice describes Workday Kit at https://nuvellon.win. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@nuvellon.win. It distinguishes information processed by the tool application from information involved in delivering a website or communicating by email.
Tool inputs and results
Calculations use the values you enter on your device. The current application has no tool backend, account system, cloud synchronization or API-based tool processing. It does not intentionally send your tool inputs or results to a server. The built-in examples and cases are public teaching inputs, not records recovered from another user.
Values are held in page memory while you work. The application does not use localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, service workers or application cookies to save tool work. The separate light/dark appearance setting stores only your chosen theme in localStorage under workday-theme on this device. The default is light. This preference is not a tool input, result or user identifier and is not sent by the application to a server. Switch back to light or clear site storage to reset it; if storage is unavailable, switching still works on the current page. Refreshing or leaving a page may lose your edits; browser back/forward restoration and form history can behave differently according to browser settings.
Navigation and search
A tool page may use a same-origin referring page to offer a return link. The validated return address is stored in that tab’s browser history entry; it is a navigation address, not a copy of tool inputs. A return address can contain a search query. Direct visits or unavailable referring information use a default listing link.
Homepage search suggestions match a locally downloaded public tool index. Submitting search places the query in the tools-page URL. URLs can appear in browser history, copied links and hosting request logs. Search for a tool name or general task, and avoid confidential information. Case links contain a public preset identifier, not your calculated results.
Copying, downloads and printing
Copy result writes to your system clipboard after you request it and may require browser permission. Other applications or clipboard-sync services may have access under your device settings. CSV downloads create local files. Print result opens browser printing, which can include a PDF destination or a configured remote printer. You control these destinations and any later sharing.
Requests needed to deliver the website
Your browser requests pages and assets from the website’s hosting infrastructure. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, request time, browser headers, requested URLs and referring information for delivery, security or troubleshooting. This traffic is separate from locally calculated tool values. Request-log retention and processing depend on the provider and its configuration; this notice does not promise that no server logs exist.
Email you choose to send
If you email contact@nuvellon.win, the sender address, message, attachments and relevant email headers are shared through the email services involved and made available to the recipient. Correspondence may be used to answer your request, reproduce a reported issue, correct content, address a rights concern or maintain a relevant correspondence record. Supply only what is necessary, preferably using invented sample data.
Correspondence should be kept only as long as needed for its purpose, reasonable follow-up or applicable recordkeeping obligations. Mail-service backups and retention settings can affect deletion timing. There is no fixed deletion period promised here. Ask about a particular message using the contact address; do not send sensitive identity documents with an initial request.
Cookies, advertising and analytics
The tool application sets no cookies and includes no advertising tags, remote fonts or remote embedded media. The public website uses Cloudflare for delivery. A Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon has been observed on the deployed site; depending on the hosting configuration, it can report page visits and technical performance metrics to Cloudflare. This processing is separate from local tool calculations and does not intentionally send tool form inputs or calculated results. This statement describes the application supplied by Workday Kit; hosting or delivery configuration can also affect technical requests. Changes to analytics or advertising need a corresponding review of this notice and any applicable visitor choices. Actual analytics availability and retention depend on the delivery configuration; no fixed retention period is promised here.
For general information, Google ad personalization controls describe relevant Google settings, and Google’s partner-site information explains Google services on participating sites. The latter is an explanation, not an opt-out control. These reference links do not mean Workday Kit currently uses Google advertising.
External links and service providers
Following a reference link sends you to another provider, whose privacy terms apply. Browser, hosting, email, clipboard-sync and printing providers may process information through their own services and infrastructure, potentially in different countries. Workday Kit does not control those providers’ independent policies. Review their settings before sending or sharing sensitive material.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can clear tool inputs, leave the page, remove browser history, the saved theme preference or stored page state, and delete downloaded files using your browser and device controls. Those actions do not delete email you have already sent. Depending on applicable law and the information held, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or other handling of personal information. Contact contact@nuvellon.win with enough context to locate the relevant correspondence; requests are considered under applicable requirements rather than an assumption that no information can exist.
Children and sensitive information
The toolkit is designed for general work planning, not to collect children’s personal information. Do not enter or email children’s records, passwords, payment credentials or sensitive personal information. If you believe such information has been sent to the contact address, identify the relevant message so the concern can be addressed.
Security and updates
Local processing reduces the information sent through the application, but it cannot protect against every risk on your device or in services you choose to use. Keep your browser and device updated and review exports before sharing them. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
This notice may change as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. Check it when returning to the site, especially if a new feature involves additional data processing. Questions can be sent through the Contact page guidance.
