1. Scope of these terms
These terms describe use of Workday Kit at https://nuvellon.win, including its tools, explanatory content and generated drafts. Please read them alongside the Privacy notice. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to contact@nuvellon.win.
2. What the service provides
Workday Kit provides browser-based calculations, planning aids, guides and draft documents. The current tools are free to use without an account or subscription. They do not process payments, place supplier orders, accept bookings, send invitations, issue official invoices or act as your accountant, legal adviser, payroll service or inventory system.
Inputs, assumptions and business context come from you. The service does not independently verify prices, fee schedules, demand, staffing availability, tax treatment or delivery commitments. Worked cases are invented educational examples, not customer results or forecasts.
3. Personal, educational and business use
You may use the tools for lawful personal, educational and commercial work. You may copy, download, print, edit and share the results and drafts you generate, including in your own business processes. There is no requirement to purchase a plan or credit Workday Kit for your generated working documents. You remain responsible for the rights and permissions needed for any information you enter or share.
4. Input accuracy and reviewing results
Use consistent units, one currency and the supported input format. Verify source data and review the method and limitations on each tool page. Results can be affected by rounding, floating-point arithmetic, browser behavior and simplified assumptions. Displayed values can be rounded even when rankings use unrounded scores; CSV files can retain more numeric precision.
Keep your own copies of important results. The application does not automatically save your work or provide backup or recovery. Check copied text, downloads and printouts before using or sending them. For consequential financial, legal, tax or operational decisions, obtain advice or verification appropriate to the decision.
5. Draft business documents
Quotations, purchase orders and packing lists are working drafts. Confirm the parties, reference numbers, currency, quantities, addresses, tax treatment and commercial terms before use. A generated quotation is not an invoice; a packing list is not a carrier label or customs declaration. Preparing a purchase order does not send it to a supplier or establish acceptance of a contract. Timesheet values do not determine payroll obligations, and stocktake reports do not post accounting adjustments.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, enter data without permission, misrepresent drafts as official records, impersonate Workday Kit or interfere with the website or other users. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious material or use automated requests that disrupt service. A problem report should use minimal non-sensitive examples rather than private customer or employee records.
7. Site material and third-party rights
Your inputs and generated working results are distinct from the site’s branding, layout, code, guide text and other explanatory material. Permission to use a tool does not grant permission to republish the entire website or present its identity as your own. Any reuse beyond applicable legal permissions or a component’s license requires the relevant permission.
Photographs, icons, linked references and other third-party material remain subject to their respective rights and licenses. External links provide context and references; their publishers control their own content, availability and terms. You decide whether to use those services.
8. Availability, changes and limitations
The service is provided as available. There is no promise of uninterrupted access, error-free results or suitability for every use. Tools, content and supported formats may change or be discontinued. Download anything you need to retain rather than relying on a page remaining available.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Workday Kit does not warrant the completeness or suitability of tool outputs for a particular purpose and is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate inputs, unverified reliance on a simplified model or loss of unsaved work. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
9. Privacy and communications
The Privacy notice explains local calculations, search URLs, website requests and email correspondence. Sending feedback does not authorize us to publish your private business information, and it does not guarantee a feature, response time or particular outcome. Do not email credentials or sensitive files.
10. Questions, disputes and remaining provisions
Contact contact@nuvellon.win to raise a concern and provide the relevant page and circumstances so it can be considered. These terms do not require binding arbitration or remove any right to use a competent authority or court under applicable law. If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
11. Updates to these terms
These terms may be revised as the service develops. The updated date above identifies the current version. Review it when returning to the service and before relying on a changed feature. For feedback, corrections or notices, follow the guidance on the Contact page.
